I don't know how people go to this place! We had breakfast surrounded by pigeon shit, even on the next table. We were there for half an hour and no one cleaned it up. The floors were sticky and filthy, with mushy stains and various other filth. You couldn't put your arms down at the counter because it was so dirty. Out of five coffee items brought to the table, three teaspoons and a saucer were literally used or washed in the worst possible way. Even the paper cup used for the little girl's cappuccino, even though we were at the table and it wasn't takeout, was dirty! The sfogliatella was inedible, and the brioche cream in general was so thick you couldn't handle it, its consistency was so strange to say the least!! Anyway, the filth was devastating. We stopped there before leaving, and out of five, none of us felt like going to the bathroom because they were literally surrounded by dirt everywhere. Last but not least, the entire staff behind the counters didn't even say hello when we arrived, much less say hello when we left. They looked serious and pissed off, as if it were our fault they were working! But then again, how can you be happy and relaxed working in a place where the only people who felt comfortable were the pigeons on the tables? NEVER AGAIN Pigeons that climb onto your table, defecate on the tables, and knock things over—dirty cups, saucers, and spoons. Not to mention the place.
