Location is good. Staff are very nice. We were not told it would be under renovation and it was loud the whole time, workers playing music loudly throughout the whole day. We supposedly got one of the newly renovated room and it looked old, scuffs everywhere, paint chipping in the bathroom, even the shower didnt work properly. The water barely came out, it took forever to wash our hair. Our first night we noticed we only had 2 towels, and our family of 4 would have liked a few more at least so we called down to the front desk and they said "Um is one okay?" We were like we'd like at least one per person? And they said "if you can bring down the two dirty towels we can exchange them for clean ones. Our cleaners are gone for the day." It was 4pm. The pool was small and indoors which wasn't a problem, but it was filled with dirt and grime. My husband pushed it around and luckily it was just dirt but it was pretty gross to have our two young kids in that. And after taxes and everything prices literally came out to nearly as much as one of the finer hotels in the area.
