The manager and host were incredibly rude and unprofessional, which compelled me to leave the venue and seek alternative seating. Despite arriving early and patiently waiting for 30 minutes, the service was so subpar that I had no choice but to leave. I strongly advise Black Bear to retain the current manager as their manager. Their behavior, involving flirting with other co-workers and misusing their managerial position, is unacceptable.
