Unfortunately, when we made the reservation, we learned that the quiz isn't until September 29th. I expect a company of this size to have an up-to-date website. The waiter's welcome and the overall hospitality were truly outstanding. The food and drinks were served quickly, without any long wait, and the food was delicious. As for the terrace, everything was fine, and I don't really have any major complaints. I would simply suggest working a bit more on the atmosphere and design of the terrace to make the outdoor area even more inviting. I would give the terrace 4 stars, while the food and service definitely deserve 5 stars. Great praise to the staff and the restaurant. We'll gladly come back! ### Oskar Cat a month ago · 1.0/5 First of all, I'd like to say that we've been regulars at Bob's for many years, really loved the place, and always enjoyed coming back. For some time now, we've noticed that Bob's has been losing what it was all about: homemade fries, potato chips, huge burgers, and great cocktails. Sadly, all of that is gone. Now we get frozen fries, potato chips are completely gone, and burgers that are reminiscent of McDonald's in size, but significantly more expensive. Yesterday was schnitzel day, and the kitchen, as the waiter told us, was understaffed. We understood. After more than an hour, the food finally arrived. The schnitzels were hot and crispy, but very tough. When my husband's burger arrived, it was ice cold, as the waiter explained, it had been sitting alone in the kitchen. My husband complained, and the waiter told us that the lettuce on the burger was naturally cold. But the issue was actually the meat, which was cold. The burger was then replaced, though. Thank you for that. The atmosphere used to be much nicer. It looks increasingly run-down and worn. This was definitely our last visit to Bob's.
