in the last weekNO DEVUELVEN EL DINERO QUE TE CORRESPONDE. Me retiré a mitad de curso y ellos mismo me escribieron un correo para decirme lo que me correspondería que me devolvieran, después de eso, ni una respuesta, llamada o email a pesar de mis repetidos correos. 0 recomendable!

in the last weekI enrolled in April, reserving a place in a higher-level vocational training program that they ultimately can't offer because of their own fault—they haven't received the necessary accreditation. They've put a vocational training program up for sale that they can't even provide. To get my money back, they're telling me I have to withdraw my enrollment. I don't understand why they can't withdraw if it's their fault they can't offer the program, and they're telling me I have to wait until November. So, from April to November, they're using students' money.

2 weeks agoTERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've enrolled, I'm going to pay €2,000 for the course, and I don't even know what's included in the module, what my subjects are, what materials are included, what books... NOTHING. They don't answer the phone no matter how many times I call. AWFUL. I hope I haven't made the wrong choice, because if we start like this, I don't know how we're going to end up.
