This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We checked in as a family, and the front desk gave us a key to a room that was already occupied by another family. We opened the door and walked into a room where people were staying. It was incredibly embarrassing and, more importantly, a huge safety and security issue. If we had access to their room, that means someone else could have been given access to ours. What made the situation even worse was the staff’s reaction. They didn’t seem to understand how serious this mistake was and treated it like it was just a minor inconvenience instead of a major security failure. Because of their mistake, we didn’t get into our room until midnight since they claimed they had no other rooms available. To “make it right,” they offered us an additional room because the only rooms left had one bed. Now we’re being charged for the extra room that was only needed because of their error. This entire experience was stressful, exhausting, and completely unacceptable. No guest should have to worry about being given access to someone else’s room or someone else being given access to theirs. The staff are very professional and welcoming. We were able to meet up with long time friends in the lobby. There was plenty of comfortable and inviting places to sit and smaller booths we could sit in with tables to have drinks and snacks while we caught up. ### Long Chea 2 weeks ago · 4.0/5 I've been coming here for years and love that there's a large and clean lobby. I also like that the rooms are consistently clean and have a bidet. Just wanted to give a big shoutout to William for helping me make a cost adjustment to my room as painless as possible while also being as accommodating as possible, thanks William! Location is great if you enjoy Asian cuisine. There's also plenty of options for boba and coffee within walking distance. The only criticism I do have about the hotel is the check-in process is relatively slow sometimes. This time in particular seemed slower than my previous visits, with the check-in counter mainly only handling one customer at a time when they could at least take two customers at once. ### Adam Medina 2 weeks ago · 5.0/5 This hotel has modern rooms and is incredibly a nice location. Across from it is a movie theater and a whole bunch of restaurants and stores. The front desk clerk was rude - called to get a blanket over an he ago - it’s now midnight and I have to wake up early - I have not received - called her 3 times - the room is freezing even after thermostat was changed to 80- I was told she’s helping another customer.
