Dilworth Grille has been one of my go-to spots for years, and it never disappoints. Whether it’s dinner with friends, catching a game, or grabbing a late-night meal after a concert or event in Charlotte, it’s always a reliable choice. One of the biggest reasons I keep coming back is their late-night menu. It’s hard to find quality food served later in the evening, and Dilworth Grille consistently delivers. The menu has something for everyone, the portions are generous, and the food is always fresh and satisfying. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is laid-back and welcoming, and it’s one of those places that just feels dependable. I always go for the beer cheese nachos. They are top tier, served with sliced ribeye steak and the best beer cheese I have ever eaten. Always a winner, especially in the late night. If you're at the bar, try the Cabarrus Brewing draft beer. Very similar to Juicy Jay IPA.
