I booked and paid through Check24. One day before my arrival, I called the hotel and was informed that my room had been canceled. No one there could tell me who had canceled it, and Check24 still shows the room as confirmed and paid. After several frustrating calls to the hotel, the reservation office in Berlin, and Check24, no one could help, and I was forced to book a room at another hotel. Now I'm trying to get my money back. All I can say is: Never again Dormero Hotel! ### Jonathan Döbele in the last week · 4.0/5 A very nice, modern, and reasonably priced hotel. Unfortunately, it's a little out of the way, but if you don't mind taking the S-Bahn (suburban train) or walking, this is the place for you. ### Anna a week ago · 3.0/5 We were there on July 23, 2022. They manipulated the prices solely because of the concert and sold the room for three times the normal price. For €335, considering the distance from the old town and the limited breakfast selection, I was dissatisfied. The room was typical Ibis quality, unfortunately. I still have pictures and the receipt on my laptop, so their attempts to remove the comment unfortunately didn't work. It wasn't worth €350 to me. The staff was friendly. Pets were allowed for a fee (€15). After checking in, we found dirty cleaning cloths and used bath towels. I was slightly surprised. ## Similar listings - [Kadikoy Ferry Station](https://soccertravelhub.com/listing/kadikoy-ferry-station/) - [Söğütlüçeşme YHT Yüksek Hızlı Tren İstasyonu](https://soccertravelhub.com/listing/sogutlucesme-yht-yuksek-hizli-tren-istasyonu/) - [FENERIUM ALT](https://soccertravelhub.com/listing/fenerium-alt/) - [Fenerbahçe Efsanesi Stadyum ve Müze Turu](https://soccertravelhub.com/listing/fenerbahce-efsanesi-stadyum-ve-muze-turu/) - [Chobani Stadyumu Fenerbahçe Şükrü Saracoğlu Spor Kompleksi](https://soccertravelhub.com/listing/chobani-stadyumu-fenerbahce-sukru-saracoglu-spor-kompleksi/) - [Sanayi Mahallesi](https://soccertravelhub.com/listing/sanayi-mahallesi/) ## Nearby listings - [Hampton by Hilton Freiburg](https://soccertravelhub.com/listing/hampton-by-hilton-freiburg/) — 0.2 km - [Freiburg, Europa-Park Stadion](https://soccertravelhub.com/listing/freiburg-europa-park-stadion/) — 1.1 km - [Gaststätte Paradies](https://soccertravelhub.com/listing/gaststatte-paradies/) — 1.4 km - [Apart Hotel Freiburg](https://soccertravelhub.com/listing/apart-hotel-freiburg/) — 1.4 km - [YepaYepa GmbH](https://soccertravelhub.com/listing/yepayepa-gmbh/) — 1.6 km - [Stadt Freiburg Hotel](https://soccertravelhub.com/listing/stadt-freiburg-hotel/) — 1.7 km ## Images ![](https://soccertravelhub-media.letreco.cc/soccer-142-20260911/2026/09/dormero-hotel-freiburg-1.jpg) ![](https://soccertravelhub-media.letreco.cc/soccer-142-20260911/2026/09/dormero-hotel-freiburg-2.jpg) ![](https://soccertravelhub-media.letreco.cc/soccer-142-20260911/2026/09/dormero-hotel-freiburg-3.jpg) ![](https://soccertravelhub-media.letreco.cc/soccer-142-20260911/2026/09/dormero-hotel-freiburg-4.jpg) ![](https://soccertravelhub-media.letreco.cc/soccer-142-20260911/2026/09/dormero-hotel-freiburg-5.jpg) ![](https://soccertravelhub-media.letreco.cc/soccer-142-20260911/2026/09/dormero-hotel-freiburg-6.jpg) ![](https://soccertravelhub-media.letreco.cc/soccer-142-20260911/2026/09/dormero-hotel-freiburg-7.jpg) ![](https://soccertravelhub-media.letreco.cc/soccer-142-20260911/2026/09/dormero-hotel-freiburg-8.jpg) ![](https://soccertravelhub-media.letreco.cc/soccer-142-20260911/2026/09/dormero-hotel-freiburg-9.jpg) ![](https://soccertravelhub-media.letreco.cc/soccer-142-20260911/2026/09/dormero-hotel-freiburg-10.jpg)
