Situated in a peaceful location but within easy reach of the cities attractions. I was issued an email the day before to upgrade my credit card information by July 31, 2026; 6:37 pm. I uploaded the payment information on July 30, 2026; 6:17 pm. When we arrived to the hotel on Friday, July 31 at 6:40 pm, I was informed that the reservation was canceled. There was a long line of people waiting at the checkin counter. The attendant asked me to wait for a few moments while he walked to the office to speak with a manager. Upon his return, I was issued another room and a cookie. The room was fine.
