Michael at the front desk and Miguel were very helpful when I needed water to mop my coach floor. Add to that my card (that was needed for incidentals) was declined; I had Apple Pay but was told they do not use this. I was then left to try & find a solution. There was no help or empathy, even though my 5 nights accomodation had been paid for. I eventually found a solution by calling my wife in the UK & getting her out of bed. On the plus side, the room was clean, albeit a bit dated & the breakfast was good with pleasant staff (should these staff work on reception?).
