a month agoI would give even less Stars if zero was an option. Do not spend your money here. I tried to help a small business and purchase from them and when I reached out and asked why my product hadn't shipped. What I got was excuses and insults. When I asked them to save the insults and simply ship what I paid for 5 days ago, I got more excuses and insults. These guys have no customer service skills whatsoever. Be sure to help small businesses but not ones that act like it's okay to insult customers like this place. They do not deserve your business. I've requested a full refund. We'll see after insulting me and giving me excuses if they're willing to actually refund money when asked to do so. The better choices just taking your money elsewhere.

a month agoThe wife and I came from Portland for a game and the owner is amazing not only helped us find gear that was sized correctly he also helped us find a great place to eat at and the whole transaction was great. Will for sure be back and do business with the store again. They had a good selection of clothing and hats and prices seemed to be cheaper than any other store nearby especially the team store. 2 months agoMy dad and I both got new Mariners hats and we had the best experience with the guy who was working. He was so helpful and went out of his way to make sure I was pleased with my purchase. Fantastic customer service. Will be back for another hat in the future!

3 months agoThey said that products were $5 cheaper than the stadium…but the exact same jacket I bought in their store was $35 more than the stadium!!!
