A beautifully situated restaurant with excellent food and always a delicious amuse-bouche.
We had the snails and tuna tartare as starters, and the Duroc pork and black-feathered chicken as main courses. All the dishes are highly recommended, including the tasty side dishes.
The staff is very attentive and friendly. Our trip from Cologne was well worth it for this alone.
Great, classy brasserie. The owner is fully involved in the service. The pork chop was superbly prepared. The crème brûlée was okay; I found the cream a bit too thin and the sugar layer not uniformly thick everywhere, even a bit too thick in the middle. Taste fine, temperature good.
