in the last weekI have to say I was extremely disappointed with the service generally when visiting for a 2-day conference hosted at the hotel. The manager of hospitality was particularly unhelpful and to be frank quite rude. She was incredibly abrupt and unwilling to facilitate anything thay was requested. Every sentence started with "no" or "we can't do that", which is bizarre in the hospitality industry. Not impressed at all. The other staff for the most part made up for it, they were pleasant and tried to help when she didn't - otherwise this would be a 0.

in the last weekGood hotel was neat because it was sitting on the water. The lobby was very modern and cool, we enjoyed a drink down at the bar one night. Our check in process was easy and efficient, we were there for a concert and the energy was exciting already upon checking in with the hotel rep. Our room was small but efficient, the bathroom door was very weird, but you can tell that they were trying to be intentional about all the details for the room. One thing that was pretty cool about the rooms was that they were named and themed around the kids the hotel funds go to help, it has their picture and their story in each. It really was a cute touch. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a little inconvenient to central London, but it was still an enjoyable stay and nice that they had tubes close.
