The front desk staff provided terrible customer service. Even though there were vacant rooms of the same room category available, they refused to adjust our room for us. We ended up waiting nearly two hours at the front desk without any effective solution. The staff’s attitude was unfriendly and unaccommodating. I cannot recommend this property.
