Generally a good place but I have had some less than favourable experiences with certain waiters

Went in with a group 4 sat down and waited and waited. More tables of people came in and sat down. They waited also. Ten minutes later one of the tables got bored of waiting and left. Five min later another then we left after almost half an hour. Not one single member of the service team acknowledged any of us. Shame on you Hegarty's.

Meine Freundin und ich haben uns auf die Terrasse gesetzt. Die Kellnerin hat uns gesehen, aber zunächst andere Gäste bedient. Danach kamen drei Männer und setzten sich an den Tisch neben uns. Wir haben bereits etwa 20 Minuten gewartet, um unsere Bestellung aufzugeben. Als die Kellnerin schließlich zu unserem Bereich kam, wusste sie genau, dass wir vor den drei Männern da waren. Trotzdem ging sie zuerst zu ihnen, nahm ihre Bestellung auf und schaute dabei sogar zu uns herüber. Nachdem sie uns angesehen hatte, ging sie einfach wieder weg, ohne unsere Bestellung überhaupt aufzunehmen. Wir empfanden dieses Verhalten als äußerst unhöflich und respektlos. Deshalb sind wir gegangen. Danke für diesen „Service“. 0 von 5 Sternen.

We often go to Hegarty's on weekends. The location is lovely, and the live music is always a highlight. Unfortunately, the restrooms are quite run-down and old. As long as they're clean, you can overlook it, but last Saturday was unbelievable. In the women's restroom, someone vomited on the floor of the middle stall, and instead of cleaning it up, they poured cat litter over it and locked the stall with a sign saying it was out of order. Some of the vomit was also on the floor of the back stall. This happened around 9 p.m., and it wasn't cleaned up all evening. Simply unbelievable and disgusting. We pointed this out to the server, who said they didn't have time. However, the staff weren't busy at all at that time, because within five minutes, three different servers asked us what we'd like to drink... truly unbelievable.
