Hilton Liverpool City Centre puts you right where you want to be for a city break, business trip, or special occasion in Liverpool. Set beside Albert Dock and within easy reach of Liverpool ONE, this hotel is known for its modern rooms, practical location, and polished service. Guests often highlight the spacious feel of the rooms, comfortable beds, and impressive city or dock views that make it easy to settle in and switch off after a day out.
It’s a strong choice for both leisure and work stays. Visitors appreciate the helpful team, smooth check-in experience, and the kind of attention that makes travel feel less rushed. The breakfast gets plenty of praise for its generous selection, while the hotel’s event spaces and meeting facilities make it a reliable option for conferences, private functions, and business evenings. If you’re planning a celebration or corporate gathering, the venue’s organisation and catering options help everything run smoothly, with thoughtful choices for different dietary needs.
Location is one of the biggest draws here. From the front door, you can walk to top restaurants, shops, the Beatles Story, and other central attractions without hassle. For guests arriving by car, parking arrangements are straightforward too, which adds to the convenience. If you want a central Liverpool hotel that combines comfort, accessibility, and a lively waterfront setting, this is a dependable pick.
The hotel is praised for its unbeatable location right in the city centre, providing guests with convenient access to local attractions and amenities.
Guests consistently mention the staff's friendliness and helpfulness, contributing positively to their overall experience despite occasional short staffing.
Some guests reported significant cleanliness issues, including unclean bathrooms and rooms not being properly serviced upon arrival.
There are complaints about the lack of expected amenities such as valet parking and a breakfast offering, with some guests finding the available options overpriced.
The executive lounge is described as a letdown, being just a small room next to the reception, which does not meet guests' expectations for an executive experience.

in the last weekI am not sure if Hilton has changed their business model to be some sort of no-frills premium price offering but whatever they’re doing it’s diabolical and they need to sharpen up, especially at their Liverpool location. 250 pounds should get you; valet parking (no they don’t have it, ignore the website), bathrooms that are not full of mould, a clean room (first one had a toilet seat covered in urine splashes and the bed was unmade, second was merely dirty, Eg mouldy grout in the bathroom) and they just have a jug and sachets whereas most places now have at least a cheap coffee machine. Also this place doesn’t even have a breakfast offering, just overpriced restaurants for certain meals. Just crap. Won’t be booking Hilton anywhere in the world again.

a week agoCan’t beat the location right in the city centre. Seems a bit short staffed which leads to waits at the reception but staff great as always. Room had a few niggles which we reported but nothing dramatic. Exec lounge is a let down as it’s just a tiny room next to reception.
