Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. We got there around 10 am and our room was already ready; we didn't have to wait for the typical 3-4 pm check-in. The service was excellent, always available and very friendly. El hotel es una joya, ya que conserva toda su esencia con el patio, la cerámica en las paredes, las plantas. La habitación era amplia, con techos altos lo que aumenta la sensación de amplitud. El frigorífico de la habitación enfriaba que daba gusto. El personal de recepción muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar. En una ciudad como Sevilla fue un lujo poder comprar agua de 1,5 litros en la recepción. Its location is ideal: right in the heart of the city, allowing you to explore everything on foot. The hotel is charming, very clean, and the breakfast is also excellent. A special mention goes to the entire team, who were always welcoming, smiling, and helpful. The reception staff speak perfect French and, upon arrival, they gave us a city map highlighting the must-see sights. A very welcome bonus: the reception is open 24/7, which is especially convenient depending on flight schedules.
