Hôtel très bien situé à 2 pas de la place du peuple, chambre spacieuse et propre, eau fraîche et café à disposition. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et l’amabilité du personnel de l’accueil pendant ces 3 jours.

Tried to scam us on leaving saying our payment for the tax checkout hadn’t gone through and wouldn’t let us leave despite our bank showing payment and showing proof of payment. He ripped the receipt up and tried to say it declined and prompted us to tap again. We threatened to call the police as he tried to scam us thinking we didn’t understand. Also loud drilling started in the room above us at 8:30am in the morning with no prior warning would never stay here again.

Don’t leave anything behind when you check-out because you’ll never find it again. I called a couple of hours after checkout mentioning that I forgot my white dress in the bathroom hanging, and they said they could not find it. People forget things in hotels, but looks like there is no return policy, or cleaning staff are not instructed to return everything they find. Everything else was ok.
