in the last weekSchönes, liebevoll geführtes Hotel mit kleinen Schwächen: Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich sehr gut. Der Bahnhof ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar und trotzdem liegt das Hotel angenehm ruhig. Besonders schön ist der idyllisch begrünte Innenhof, der eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre vermittelt. Auch das gesamte Hotel ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer war sauber und auch die gewünschte allergikergeeignete Bettwäsche war überhaupt kein Problem👍🏻 Da es sich um ein älteres Haus handelt, muss man allerdings mit einer gewissen Hellhörigkeit rechnen – sowohl zu den Fluren als auch zwischen den Zimmern. Das Frühstück war sehr liebevoll angerichtet. Auch der Frühstücksraum selbst ist hübsch gestaltet und strahlt eine angenehme Ruhe aus. Der normale Kaffee dürfte für meinen Geschmack allerdings etwas stärker sein – da kam das Koffein leider nicht wirklich an. Der größte Kritikpunkt war für uns allerdings die Zimmertemperatur. Ende September können die Nächte bereits recht frisch sein, daher sollte die Heizung in einem Hotel unbedingt funktionieren. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass dieses Problem bekannt sei und wohl jedes Jahr auftrete. Gerade dann wäre es wünschenswert, wenn man sich rechtzeitig vor Beginn der kühleren Jahreszeit darum kümmern würde. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich ausdrücklich die beiden Mitarbeiterinnen. Beide waren sehr bemüht, freundlich und verständnisvoll und haben versucht, unsere Situation bestmöglich aufzufangen. Da wir nur eine Nacht geblieben sind, wurde uns als Entgegenkommen der Preis für das Frühstück nicht berechnet – eine nette und faire Geste. Insgesamt ein sehr charmantes Hotel mit einer tollen Atmosphäre und viel Liebe zum Detail. Wenn das Problem mit der Heizung behoben wird, wäre es für uns eine klare Empfehlung.

4 weeks agoThis is our fourth time here, and as always, everything is wonderful! A rich and delicious breakfast with lots of tasty treats, and the rooms are beautiful. I particularly like the blue lounge, although the lighting could be a bit brighter.
