With the many times I have passed this place, and always seeing it packed, I really wanted to try it. My reaction to the place is disappointment. Started off with their 48 hour wings. I don't think it's 48 hours. I didn't taste the smoke, I didn't taste the tenderness. Ordered 1/2 lbs of Brisket, Sausage, and ribs. Again, ribs were tough, chewy, dry and no smoke. Sausage was just tough and dry. Brisket wasn't bad, but again, no smoke, no flavor. Corn pudding was okay, on the mushier side, but wasn't horrible. Corn bread was dry, the glob of butter wasn't helping. Onion rings were the only item that was good. And I'm just going to say it, I think that wasn't made in-house. Oh wait, the old fashion wasn't great, but i liked it. More alcohol that I thought they would put in. So more bang for the buck. That I appreciated. Server really didn't come around much. Our theory was that she knew and saw that we didn't like our food so she didn't want to ask how everything was. Even after dropping the check, we had to go and find someone to take our payment so we can leave.

Asked to dine in at a World Cup game. They said there is a minimum charge per person ($50). I said ok. Then they said maximum stay is one hour. I tried to book for 2 hours at the start of the game, they wouldn’t let us. So we had to pay $200 minimum charge per hour, for three hours. I was willing to pay a minimum charge per hour. It is fine to come up with a package for World Cup games. But just like FIFA. They are trying to rip off people.

This place had HORRIBLE customer service. The server that I got literally did not write down my order. I was the first one to take the order on my table. Everyone else got their burgers and I waited for an hour and I talked to the manager, he was being very dismissive with me and any other place would’ve given me the burger for free and apologize for the inconvenience. However, this place everybody gave me attitude and was making me feel like I was wrong even though the customer is usually always right. It’s not my fault that the server doesn’t know how to do their job and didn’t write down my order or somehow the order didn’t show up on the receipt. I didn’t check the receipt because I wouldn’t think that a server doesn’t know how to do something simple like writing down an order.

I only been here during soccer tournaments at MetLife for post or pre game drinks, great DJ but the service is Horrible . After a long wait, I asked for 3 Markers , the bartender (with the bandana in the picture ) gave me an attitude when she had to asked me twice if it was "on the rocks" please keep in mind it was very loud with music and pack with fans, I politely told her, " no need to catch an attitude", she left and ignored me. understaffed and rude
