Excellent service and a nice upgrade. Not so nice: Staff and parents let a small boy race around the restaurant and lobby on a scooter – just a kid, apparently.

A wonderful hotel with excellent service. In addition to the beautiful location, the staff are incredibly polite and respectful, especially Mr. Rashid at reception. He's one of the best employees in terms of welcome and hospitality, making you feel right at home. A million thanks to everyone, from the manager to the most junior employee.
