in the last weekWe stayed at the Hyatt as part of a tour group with Comfort Tours visiting Manhattan. The hotel was perfect! Our room was well appointed, spacious and modern. All the plug ins for phones and chargers were available and the usual coffee/tea/fridge, were all good. The bathroom was a good size for two and was very clean and modern with a decent sized balcony. The shampoo, body wash and lotion provided were premium. Breakfast every morning was fantastic, with lots of options to choose from and all was fresh and well presented. A cozy dining area for breakfast was the right size, and the staff were available, friendly and super efficient. We ate at the lounge one night and the food was excellent there. Didn’t use the pool or gym but visited them and they looked very nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend.
