We'd give the staff 5 stars plus – they're very accommodating, friendly, and attentive. The rooms are newly renovated, the bed is very comfortable, and there's a TV, clothes rack, small table, and armchair. The accessible bathroom is modern and well-designed. Due to a mobility impairment, we brought a wheelchair, and even that fit in the room. There's something for everyone at breakfast. In short: Great hotel, fantastic city center location, and just a few minutes from the main train station. Highly recommended for a weekend trip by train. We were already happy with the Ibis Eisenach, but the renovation here makes everything even nicer. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für einen Städtetrip. Das Hotel wurde neu renoviert. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Eine Klimaanlage sorgt für eine angenehme Zimmertemperatur. Das umfangreiche Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ich habe das Personal bisher immer als sehr freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit kennengelernt.
