Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing because of the customer service. The woman working there was extremely rude and impatient, not only with us but also with other customers. When we asked about the differences between the cheeses, instead of providing any information or recommendations, she responded in a very unpleasant and dismissive way, essentially saying, “You already tried them, didn’t you?” Several other customers seemed surprised by the way she was speaking to people as well. Unfortunately, it was the last moment of our trip and we didn’t have enough time to visit another shop, so we made our purchase anyway. However, we were very unhappy with the way we were treated. The prices were also quite high. If you're in Parma, you simply have to stop by. We stocked up on Prosciutto di Parma and salami and were absolutely thrilled. The Parma ham is sliced ​​paper-thin, incredibly soft, and tastes fantastic – just like the salami. The quality is absolutely top-notch. A full 5 stars for this amazing shop!
