in the last weekWhat can I say! The Leonardo Hotel in Dortmund is one of the best, or maybe even THE best, hotels I've ever stayed in. I booked the hotel for a romantic weekend date with my boyfriend from Birmingham. Behind my back, he contacted the Leonardo Hotel and arranged something special. I was already very surprised when, after checking in on September 24th, we went to our room and found sweets on the bed, along with a personal note from the hotel! I thought that was so sweet, and almost immediately I thought, "Wait a minute, what's going on?" The real kicker came that same evening at the bar. My boyfriend was talking to the bartender. He mentioned something about a cocktail, and I overheard the bartender being in on it! Note to the hotel: The bartender deserves a raise! The bartender mixed a cocktail with my name on it! That was an absolutely amazing cocktail, and I personally think the "Andrea Twist" should be added to the cocktail menu! ☺️ We were initially put in room 540, but the toilet flush sensor wasn't working properly. The hotel technician couldn't fix it quickly, so we were given the same room one floor down. Everything worked perfectly there. So, problems are resolved promptly! The reception staff were also always incredibly friendly and helpful! The breakfast buffet was very extensive, and what we ate was delicious. In conclusion: I would love to give the hotel more than 5 stars, but unfortunately, that's not possible!

in the last weekDer Service vor Ort war super, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist schön. Die Lage an sich ist gut, allerdings wird es Nachts durch die davor liegende Innenstadt sehr laut, Schreie, Sirenen und Autorennen bis in die frühen Morgenstunden(meine Erfahrung, zählt nicht in die Bewertung. Das Hotel kann dafür nichts.) Zum Frühstück Buffet können wir nur sagen: super. Von Onst über Brot bishin zu Müsli ist alles dabei und die Auswahl ist sehr groß.
