2 weeks agoGreat little spot in Lesleyville area of Toronto. The room was spacious. Parking was great. I had to wipe the floor down as my white socks weren’t white after walking on it but I find that common these days in rentals, I enjoyed the location as we were there for my son to get his tsttooo worked on at Red Label tattoo which was less than a block away. Great restaurants are at your fingertips and vintage shops everywhere. A 10-15 minute drive to downtown. All in all a great experience if you are looking for a larger accommodation, a bit older but comfortable with parking. Our unit reminded me on the Friends sitcom apartment. Would highly recommend.

4 weeks agoOverall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again. The room was very clean, and the view of the CN Tower was absolutely amazing—it was easily one of the highlights of our trip. From check-in to check-out, communication was excellent. We especially appreciated the clear, detailed instructions for both the check-in and checkout process, which made everything simple and stress-free. When we reported that the shower handle came off while trying to turn on the shower, the team acknowledged our concern promptly and let us know they would have someone take a look at it. We appreciated that our concern wasn’t ignored. There were just a few minor maintenance items that could use some attention. Throughout the night, there was a recurring beeping sound from what seemed to be an alarm or detector that we couldn’t locate, which made it a little difficult to sleep. The toilet flush buttons were also sticking, making the toilet a little difficult to flush at times. We also had a little trouble figuring out the air conditioner, so the room got a bit warm overnight. That may very well have been user error on our part, but it might be helpful to have clearer operating instructions available for future guests. Overall, these were relatively small issues and didn’t take away from an otherwise enjoyable stay. The room was clean, the communication and customer service were excellent, and the incredible view of the CN Tower made the experience even better. With a few minor maintenance tweaks, this would easily be a five-star stay. Thank you for the hospitality!
