in the last weekIm writing this to describe my disappointing experience of this property well after arriving from a long flight. I was very disappointed with the condition of place. The apartment was worn, run down and felt unclean. The kitchen was old and dated with no small appliances The walls were barely painted and the bathroom was dirty. I feel deceived by the photos as they did not match reality. I booked my stay for 5 days but unfortunately could not use because of the terrible conditins of the place. I contacted the property managers for a refund as i did not use the accommodations. They denied my request. They are scamming people. Do not trust, book or use this place.

3 weeks agoThe location makes it easy to take public transit downtown. Also the communication with the agent was speedy and helpful. There was significant party noise coming from the apartment below. The agent offered to send a message regarding this but the crowd went out shortly after. There was more noise when they returned. I was grateful there was a sound screen machine provided in the bedroom - I needed it to get to sleep

4 weeks agoVery disappointing. Room was seriously unclean and leaky. Customer service was practically non-existent and very hard to contact. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
