The Maldron is in a good location. However the cleanliness (mould around bathroom, dirty bathroom floor, dirty windows) and decor (paintwork in desperate need of refreshing) were quite poor, especially for the price point. The hotel was akin to travelodge/premier inn standards. We would not return, as it felt poor value for money.

The hotel is very welcoming. Food is delicious and room very clean. Staff are helpful, and I would like to say special thanks to Cindy for her guide and kindness.

Great hotel. Comfortable bed. Close to princes Street and square etc . Business oriented. Boutique. Good breakfast. Service at breakfast was poor. Polite friendly and good reception team. Simple check-in and out. Comfortable beds. Bit noisy next to train bridge or tram wakes you up from 5am ish. It's ok place. Better than travel lodge or premier inn. Mid level but no toiletries provided. No plates and utensils in room which is basic if think for so called business and 4 star hotel. Seems more like 3 star ... So in-between a premier inn and something like crown plaza. Felt like around level of a holiday inn but more well decorated and boutique. Would stay again if prices if £100 or less not more. Prob IMHO worth £70-85. With breakfast was included which is ok. Good thing in room. Ok shower but power power to it. Noiset drainage.
