a week agoDecent atmosphere but some of the staff in the food outlet have a bad attitude. I was shocked to find a teabag at the bottom of my soup (obviously after I'd finished it) so I went back to point it out. The server asked me why I'd finished the soup if there was a teabag in it..............? They were rude and reluctant to do anything about it then finally offered me a free drink after some consultation with a supervisor. Secondly, the tickets always show which gate you should use to enter, but sometimes it is only possibly to approach the gates from a clockwise direction. I walked up from SE gate (where the road is) to NE gate, where my seat was, but was not allowed to enter and they made me walk all the way around the outside of the stadium the reach the correct point of entry for NE gate. And that has happened more than once. There needs to be signage to prevent this from happening.
