Hoewel de reservering (via third party) wat stroef verliep, maakte de front officer en de medewerkers het meer dan goed. De kamers hebben een kleine update nodig en wij houden van die charme! The toilet flush was faulty, and there was no brush. The sink was clogged. The TV remote didn't work. The room was next to the elevators, so it was noisy. Breakfast: the same for five days and not very good. Only coffee, no tea. Positive points: the location and the very pleasant staff (except at breakfast, where they seemed more concerned with the linens than with service). ### Daniel Rath in the last week · 4.0/5 A very nice hotel with good amenities in the center of San Francisco. Transportation connections are good. Times Square and the cable car are within walking distance. It's about a 30-40 minute walk to Pier 39 (Fisherman's Wharf) (be aware of the steep inclines). My room was very noisy, hence only 3 stars.
