We were given a standard room. We were told that compensation would be arranged later via Booking.com, which is a waiting game and offered no immediate solution at the time. Additionally, the service was sloppy: after cleaning, the room was always set up for one person (one towel, one coffee sachet), even though it was clearly a double room. This gives an impression of being uninterested and careless. The breakfast was downright bad. Boiled eggs had run out, and we were simply told that no more were coming. The only egg left was half open and discolored green inside — clearly overcooked and inedible. What was most shocking was the behavior of the staff. A dominant manager behaved loudly and unprofessionally, constantly gave orders, and created a tense atmosphere in the small dining room. At exactly 11:00, the coffee machines were turned off without any notice, while guests were still having breakfast. When we asked for coffee, we received a brief, unfriendly response stating that it was “11 o’clock”. The low point: this manager visibly and demonstratively threw breadcrumbs from the table onto the floor and then started standing on them and walking over them. The receptionist did the same. This is not only disrespectful but also downright unhygienic behavior regarding food. Due to the loud, rushed, and disrespectful behavior of the staff, it was impossible to have a quiet breakfast. Based on this experience, we absolutely do not recommend this hotel. ### Laurent Baudoin 2 weeks ago · 5.0/5 Very friendly welcome. Spacious and clean room. Very quiet. Comfortable bed. Full breakfast. A good 10 minutes from the Triolo metro station. Right next to the stadium, businesses, and some universities. ### Sebastien Barbato 3 weeks ago · 1.0/5 This hotel has no business being part of the Radisson group!!! It's a disgrace. They automatically charged us €50 per night on top of our reservation upon arrival! (without informing us at the time of booking) €12 per night for parking (also without informing us at the time of booking). The hotel was a ghost town (we didn't see a soul for 72 hours, the parking lot was empty!!!) The reception staff were less than welcoming… If you don't feel like going to work, it's better to stay home! A very bad experience!!! The hotel is right next to the stadium. Only good for going to a match ### JIHAD ZOUITA a month ago · 3.0/5 This hotel is well-located and generally satisfactory, but the housekeeping service leaves much to be desired. Despite the sign on the door, the room is never cleaned: the sheets and towels are never changed. We were told we had to request this at reception, which is really inconvenient on a daily basis. The establishment absolutely must improve its hygiene, as the cleanliness is clearly lacking. This is the only major drawback, because the location and overall setting of the hotel are very good. ### Laëtitia Choup a month ago · 5.0/5 Great experience. The staff are friendly and pleasant, the rooms are clean and spacious. Wide selection for breakfast. ## Similar listings - [Kadikoy Ferry Station](https://soccertravelhub.com/listing/kadikoy-ferry-station/) - [Söğütlüçeşme YHT Yüksek Hızlı Tren İstasyonu](https://soccertravelhub.com/listing/sogutlucesme-yht-yuksek-hizli-tren-istasyonu/) - [FENERIUM ALT](https://soccertravelhub.com/listing/fenerium-alt/) - [Fenerbahçe Efsanesi Stadyum ve Müze Turu](https://soccertravelhub.com/listing/fenerbahce-efsanesi-stadyum-ve-muze-turu/) - [Chobani Stadyumu Fenerbahçe Şükrü Saracoğlu Spor Kompleksi](https://soccertravelhub.com/listing/chobani-stadyumu-fenerbahce-sukru-saracoglu-spor-kompleksi/) - [Sanayi Mahallesi](https://soccertravelhub.com/listing/sanayi-mahallesi/) ## Nearby listings - [Decathlon Arena – Stade Pierre Mauroy](https://soccertravelhub.com/listing/decathlon-arena-stade-pierre-mauroy/) — 0.2 km - [Aushopping V2](https://soccertravelhub.com/listing/aushopping-v2/) — 0.5 km - [Cité Scientifique Pr Gabillard](https://soccertravelhub.com/listing/cite-scientifique-pr-gabillard/) — 0.7 km - [4 Cantons Stade P.
