Sercotel Rosaleda Málaga

Overall, a good hotel. The rooms are cozy and clean, and the front desk/reception staff are very friendly. There is some noise from the hallways. A door between the room and the lobby would be the solution. To improve: I had to call reception to get the air conditioning turned on, as I couldn't control it myself at any point, even though the windows were closed (there's a sign stating that the air conditioning doesn't work with the windows open). The stay was wonderful, the facilities and the hotel are very new and everything is very comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of products, and the staff were very attentive and helpful, always looking after every detail. Special mention to Ana Belén, the floor cleaner, for the room cleaning, as well as to the attention and professionalism of all the reception staff, especially Daniel and Abel for their friendliness and excellent service. Congratulations, and we will be back!
