Sercotel Sevilla Guadalquivir Suites

Nos alojamos 4 noches en este hotel, y nada más llegar nos pusieron una habitación que no tenía nada que ver ni con lo que contratamos ni lo que se veía en las fotos, un estudio pequeño en el que es imposible que se alojen 2 personas. Con toda la educación del mundo nos comentaron que todos los apartamentos eran iguales, aún así insistimos y nos cambiaron, nos dimos cuenta que evidentemente no era cierto. Además, el estudio estaba completamente sucio, paredes manchadas, rodapiés amarillos y lleno de polvo por todos los sitios (fotos), ni siquiera funcionaba el aire acondicionado, únicamente tenía opción de calor. En cuanto a los utensilios de cocina, estaban todos manchados de comida y sucios (en el apartamento), solo pudimos utilizar una de las ollas y lo demás aún intentándolo fregar, ha sido inviable utilizarlo. El tema de la piscina, como comentan otras reseñas, es del tamaño de una bañera, con un color muy poco agradable y con suciedad, da la sensación de que hace tiempo que no se limpia. Mientras la intentábamos utilizar, habían palomas que se metían o bebían agua de la misma Por otro lado, mientras estuvimos alojados allí, empezó a sonar la alarma de incendios. Muchos de los alojados salimos al exterior porque no sabíamos que estaba ocurriendo. Cabe destacar que el horario de recepción es de 9:00 a 17:00 y al ocurrir a las 19:10, no apareció nadie responsable del complejo que nos dijera qué estaba sucediendo. Evidentemente había un teléfono de contacto, pero resultó ser el de la central de Sercotel, los cuales lo único que pudieron hacer fue avisar a la empresa de seguridad. Tras una hora y media esperando, mientras sonaba la alarma y sin saber nada, apareció la chica de la empresa de seguridad y apagó la alarma. Después de todo lo sucedido, no estamos nada a gusto ni con el trato ni con el servicio recibido y nos llevamos una experiencia desagradable.

Sadly for the first time ever I left this holiday accommodation early . We booked 3 nights here , the first being a late arrival ( after 5 pm) so had to use a machine to check in , the person in front of us was struggling so it took forever . When we eventually checked in we got two codes , impossible to remember, one for the main door then one for the room , this was kept in photos on a phone to use every time we wanted to get in ( it wasn’t short!) The studio itself was clean and had everything we needed however the location was nothing less than horrendous The road we looked over was a Main Street and was noisy all day and night with busses , lorry’s , cars and people. Even on the third floor voices were carried up into the early hours from people leaving local bars . Customers in the building were loud during the night , young people bringing party atmosphere even drinking and laughing in the stairwells where we found beer cans left each morning. After two nights of it we tried to talk with someone who was actually in the reception who just said nothing he could do. We decided that spending money on another hotel would be better than staying another night here and it was the best choice we made. The pool area was dirty , sunbeds stained , one umbrella for the whole rooftop so we didn’t stay , in fact never saw anyone else using it during the afternoon If you are a party lover and don’t mind noise throughout the night this is for you , we were very disappointed and done research and don’t be fooled by the videos , descriptions and pictures !
