in the last weekThe housekeeping was good and so was the desk service. However the room was small, bad neighborhood, breakfast was terrible, and the showers took a long time to heat up. You can also hear street noise through the windows.

in the last weekEs un buen lugar, solo que hay mucho homeless y da miedo salir en la noche, luego se andan peleando en la noche o gritando afuera del lugar, en general todo bien en la habitación y ubicación

2 weeks agoThe rooms are okay. The bathroom was clean, but the floor hadn't been vacuumed or swept. It's incredibly noisy, even at night. It doesn't matter whether the windows are open or closed. They could at least invest in better windows. The location is on the edge of the Tenderloin, but very central to Union Square. You have to weigh the pros and cons; the homeless people don't bother you, even if it's a bit uncomfortable at first. The service is okay, the breakfast is so-so. There are better two-star breakfasts. It's okay for two or three nights. We wouldn't go back, though. One thing we didn't understand: the entire hotel smelled very unpleasant of toilets and urine. The elevator was also incredibly noisy.
