in the last weekDas Standard Appartment ist nicht sehr groß, verfügt aber über einen Balkon und schalldichte Fenster. Aber leider nur über einen Sessel. Man kann Kaffee/ Tee kochen, Wasser zur Begrüßung gibt es leider nicht. Das Frühstück ist reichlich und gut. Die Lobby mit Bar ist ein angehmer Ort für den Abend. Insgesamt Empfehlung. Die Lage ist einfach toll.

in the last weekBeautiful, stylish hotel with the usual high quality. Friendly service Very centrally located right next to the Speicherstadt (warehouse district), the harbor and Elbphilharmonie are within walking distance. The bar on the ground floor is fantastic, and so is the rooftop bar ☺️

in the last weekOne of the best places to stay right in the heart of Hamburg! Just steps from the entrance to the Meßberg U-Bahn station and about a 10-minute walk from both HafenCity and Jungfernstieg. My mother and I spent five nights at The Cloud One Hamburg. It was my mother's very first time staying with this chain. I booked a "Cloud One Room with Balcony" through the beOne app and mentioned during the reservation that we were celebrating my birthday. The hotel completely exceeded our expectations: We were not only surprised with a beautiful, spacious corner room, but also with a tray containing a kettle, coffee, tea, and some snacks. The absolute highlight, however, was a handwritten card with a super sweet birthday message. The room was lovely: on the 9th floor with a stunning view of HafenCity and Speicherstadt. Everything was perfect and clean, as you would expect from Motel One and The Cloud One. Very comfortably furnished and with an extremely comfortable bed. The hotel also has a fantastic rooftop bar on the 10th floor. We went there for drinks – a very cozy atmosphere with comfortable chairs and sofas. The prices for the drinks are absolutely fair, especially for the hot drinks. The hot chocolate is highly recommended, and they have a really good selection of coffees. The same drinks are also available at the lobby bar. Everything was perfect during our stay: the room, the bar, the staff – we were completely satisfied. Thank you to the entire team for this wonderful service and attention to detail! We will definitely be back. :)
