The Elser Hotel Miami brings a polished, modern feel to the heart of Miami, pairing condo-style comfort with a location that makes exploring the city easy. Steps from Bayside and close to Brickell, it’s a strong choice for travelers who want a spacious hotel stay with quick access to sightseeing, dining, and the waterfront. Guests consistently love the oversized rooms, clean design, and the added convenience of a full kitchen, making it especially appealing for longer visits or post-cruise stopovers.
What really stands out here is the balance of comfort and amenities. The rooftop pool is a favorite for its city and port views, while the fitness center gets high marks for being well equipped. The lobby and common spaces feel bright, modern, and well kept, and the staff is often praised for being welcoming, professional, and attentive from check-in to follow-up. Travelers also appreciate the thoughtful in-room extras, from snacks and drinks to a generally well-stocked setup that makes settling in feel effortless.
If you’re after a downtown Miami hotel with a lively location and plenty of room to spread out, The Elser is a standout. It delivers the kind of stay that feels both convenient and elevated, with a rooftop pool, excellent walkability, and a strong sense of place right in the middle of the city.

in the last weekThe Elser is in a fantastic location with beautiful views of both the city and the Port of Miami. Our room was nice overall, and we really enjoyed having both city and bay views. The only downside was that one side of the bed was very difficult to access because of the limited space. Other than that, the room was comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and we had a great stay.

in the last weekTolles Hotel, tolle Zimmer, exzellente Lage. Parken für 63 USD pro Nacht. Nach der Abreise wird die Kreditkarte belastet weil man angeblich etwas aus der Minibar verbraucht hat. Scheint eine gewinnbringende Masche zu sein.

in the last weekWhat an amazing find this hotel was. The location is perfectly central, next to metromover stations. We didn't bother renting a car because we didn't need it. The amenities are excellent, the gym and pool were marvelous. We stayed in a bay view suite that offered breathtaking views of the marina, the islands and the city. Staff was amazing and helpful. The only thing I'd note is that the extra charge for amenities (not huge) should have been included in the initial charge for the room, it's needlessly confusing to add it during your stay since it's compulsory and not so you can opt out of.

in the last weekDo not stay here . I could not sleep at all because a horn noise in the room next to us that sounded like someone honking and it vibrated the wall very 45 min started at 9pm til 4 am and it lasted 10 min each time . You can text the front desk which I numerous times and they didn’t answer til 2 am and then they wanted me to live and isn’t come up to find out what the cause was . I told the manager the next day and since I had booked through Priceline they said they couldn’t do anything since hotel was prepaid. So I started my cruise completely exhausted and pissed do you nice hotel not caring about noise and also the halfway smelled like a skunk , if you know what I mean. Room was so very dirty and dusty like no one had ever stayed in that room. Update: I have called the hotel several times to speak with someone regarding this and keep getting the run around . Horrible customer service
