in the last weekI stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a fantastic experience. I found the staff extremely friendly and professional. The location is excellent, very close to Earls Court tube station, just 5 minutes from the hotel.

a month agoNice hotel with a lovely bar and restaurant. We stayed in a standard double room which was small but clean. My only real complaint being that the mattress / bed was very, very firm. The location is ideal for the natural history museum and only 5 minutes from the tube.

a month agoMy experience in this hotel was regrettable! The AC, which was the main reason for booking the hotel, was really bad. The hotel uses portable AC to compensate for the poor central AC system, which had made the room hot and humid. Additionally, The shower is old and miserable! You need to apply constant pressure for 15 min to get warm water, while being soaked with cold water in the 90*90 cm shower space! Would not recommend.

a month agoJust finished a two night stay at the Rockwell. I had the garden room with the patio and it was well spacious and impeccably clean. All of the staff were really friendly too and always greeted me with a smile. Really affordable for the location and the quality being a stones throw away from Earls Court Station. I would definitely return in a heartbeat
