Sorry, but when are the new season Adidas shorts available?

I hope Sticchi Damiani sees this. I was in Lecce and wanted to buy the new Adidas shirt. Sadly, the experience at the store was terrible. You could almost call the way they handled everything a scam. I had to go there four times just to get an Adidas shirt with a player print. The first time, I got the new Adidas shirt in size L. When I went to pay, I noticed that it had stains on it and asked for another one. Somehow, they already had no other shirts left in my size. The shirt had literally been released about 10 minutes earlier and I was one of the first people in the store. I honestly don’t understand how certain sizes could already be unavailable that quickly. It almost makes you wonder whether some of them had been put aside for staff or other people. They told me I had to come back the next day to get it replaced. So the next day, I drove there again and arrived just when the store opened. The same staff member told me, quite rudely, that the shirts still hadn’t arrived and that I either had to wait an hour or come back another day. At that point, I told her I didn’t want the shirt anymore and wanted a refund. She told me she couldn’t give me one because the computer wouldn’t allow it. Every single time I went there, I had to drive around 30’ to the store and another 30’ back home, so this was already a huge waste of time and fuel. I decided to wait for 1h in the hope that the shirts would arrive. Eventually, they did. I then asked if I could get a player’s name and number printed on it. She told me they still hadn’t received the original templates for each player and that they would have to apply every letter individually, which might make the print less precise. She therefore recommended that I come back the following week if I wanted a proper player print. So I waited another week. When the squad numbers were announced, I immediately drove to the store. As soon as I arrived, I asked to have my shirt printed. They then told me they couldn’t do it because they had too many orders. How can a Serie A club apparently have only one heat press available for shirt printing? Another week later, I went there again On my fourth visit, I managed to get my shirt printed. But sadly, it wasn’t over. While the staff member was printing my shirt, she put the entire shirt under a 150°C heat press with both layers of the shirt underneath the press. The result? The Adidas logo from the front of the shirt is now visibly imprinted into the number print on the back. I genuinely couldn’t believe what I was seeing. You don’t even need to work in a football store to understand that only the layer you are printing should be placed underneath the heat press. Obviously, I complained. Instead of taking responsibility, she tried to defend herself by telling me that the mark would eventually disappear. It won’t. They damaged my shirt and took absolutely no responsibility for it. She said she was sorry, but apparently there was “nothing she could do.” That’s the easy way out after ruining a customer’s shirt. The whole experience was shocking. The staff I dealt with, especially the two women with blonde and orange hair, showed very little professionalism or care for the customer. The no-refund policy makes absolutely no sense in a situation like this. Having a brand-new shirt release and somehow running out of certain sizes within the first 10 minutes is already a problem. Then making a customer return multiple times because printing isn’t available, and finally damaging the shirt while printing it, is completely unacceptable. For a Serie A club, this is honestly shameful. I spent three weeks in Lecce, went to the store four separate times, drove hours in total, and in the end I was left with a damaged shirt. I collect football shirts and buy one almost everywhere I travel, and I have never experienced anything like this before. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in a football store. Sadly, after this experience, I will never buy a Lecce shirt again.

I bought a t-shirt from this store and realized when I got home that they had put a different one in my bag that is completely different from what I wanted and of much lower quality. They aren't responding to my messages and don't seem willing to offer a refund or exchange. I conclude that they did it deliberately. They are clearly scammers, stay away! Their website doesn't seem reliable either.

Marta is an exceptional woman with great patience, courtesy, and helpfulness, a rare thing these days. Thanks to her, despite the overwhelming number of customers, we found the right size, otherwise we would have left without purchasing anything. Thank you.
