Very disappointing experience. I accidentally left my belongings at this location, and an employee told me to come back the next morning to pick them up. When I returned, I was told they had nothing. There was no clear explanation, no accountability, and very little effort to help locate my items. I expected better customer service and more care when handling a guest’s personal belongings. I hope management improves its lost and found procedures so this doesn’t happen to someone else.
