in the last weekFrankly a tacky experience where the service was virtually non existent without a lot of request for attention. A drink was spilled in the table by the server but was not replaced. One starter came 10 mins after the others, arriving at the same time as the main meal. The food was not very hot and the best thing (other than the company I was with) was the alcohol free beer. Bill's replied to this review (as below) and asked me to email, which I did. 3 days later I have had no response to the email which I suspect is an auto reply to poor reviews rather than any attempt to manage customer service. Credit where it's due. On follow up email they did promptly reply and ask for more detail, which I duly provided. Further response now awaited.
