in the last weekThere is a concert at National Stadium this evening as I drove towards Kallang Wave Mall from Stadium Drive and exited the circle, the road to Kallang Wave Mall was blocked by barriers and there was no traffic directions/instructions on how I can proceed. Eventually I drove to the entrance of Car Park A, and a kind attendant told me Kallang Wave Mall was still open and I can travel straight from Car Park A entrance and turn left into the mall. This is the second time it happened to me - No Traffic Directions/Instructions! Come on SG, we have better standards than this!
