I always enjoy coming back to Goldener Schuss. The drinks selection is great, the staff is always friendly, and the people there create a fantastic atmosphere.
However, the cover charge is quite high during Carnival – that's a definite drawback for me. Maybe that's just part of the Cologne experience, though. Overall, it's still a really cool bar, especially the outdoor area, which is fantastic in the summer.
I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!
A yuppie bar with a poverty aesthetic. The potential for confusion with left-wing bars is probably intentional. In reality, however, it feels more like a meeting place for FDP members in their early thirties with a penchant for expensive second-hand clothes and Adidas.
