Das Restaurant lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe unterwegs, wurden hervorragend bedient. Das Essen war nicht nur sehr gut und reichlich, auch das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmte zu 100 Prozent. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft
What a shame! Luv showed its worst side during what was supposed to be a lovely family gathering with our Australian guests!
What started out well almost ended in disaster because our guest found a sharp piece of plastic in his food. It's unthinkable what could have happened if he'd swallowed it. Our Australian cousin immediately tried to inform the kitchen, but they were unfriendly and, after some time, took the bowl containing the piece of plastic away from her. When we went to pay, they apologized for the incident and said it was unfortunately very busy that evening, but offered no compensation. We had planned to finish the evening in the beer garden, but decided to find another restaurant.
Our Australian family was quite appalled by this behavior, as they're very lenient with "accidents" in Australia to avoid upsetting customers.
Well, Luv certainly managed to do that, and we definitely won't be having any more family gatherings there!
