Hotel Cristina Napoli is a welcoming hotel in Naples that blends comfort, convenience, and a calm setting for travelers who want easy access to the city without staying in the middle of the noise. Located on Via Diocleziano in a peaceful part of Naples, it’s a smart choice for visitors heading into the center, catching the train, or spending time near the SSC Napoli stadium. Guests often appreciate the warm atmosphere, the tidy rooms, and the feeling of being well looked after from arrival to departure.
What stands out most is the attention to the little things that make a stay easy: clean, comfortable rooms, helpful staff who speak English well, and a breakfast that gives you a solid start to the day. Many travelers also note that it offers strong value for the price, which makes it appealing for both short breaks and longer visits. Whether you’re in town for sightseeing, football, or business, the hotel’s location makes it practical while still offering a restful place to return to. For anyone looking for a reliable base in the city, Hotel Cristina Napoli delivers a comfortable, friendly experience with just the right balance of calm and convenience.

a week agoI would like to thank everyone for the very friendly and helpful service. The rooms were clean and tidy, with air conditioning, the towels were changed daily, the bedding was clean and pleasant, the food was tasty and fresh, the waiters were very friendly, and the receptionists were very helpful in arranging transfers from the airport to the hotel and booking taxis. The hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to trains and buses. I would love to recommend this hotel to everyone. I would also like to thank you for a very pleasant stay at your hotel from September 2nd to 7th. Best regards to everyone.

a week agoThe biggest downside – I was bitten by bedbugs! This disqualifies the hotel. Besides, the windows face a busy and noisy street. The area is on the outskirts of Naples, but the train station to the center is a 15-minute walk away. There's a supermarket nearby with reasonable prices. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was rather poor – apparently, it's standard in Italy, but aside from yellow cheese and one type of ham, guests were only offered sweet bread baked from frozen. Instant coffee – real coffee beans are only available upon request. A plus is the low price, but in my opinion, it's better to pay extra for something better. I won't be back.
