A few days ago, I had the misfortune of witnessing an individual who refused to listen to reason verbally abusing two employees at the Elche store. He demanded, without any respect, that they exchange a personalized t-shirt. One of the saleswomen repeatedly told him that if it wasn't personalized, there wouldn't be a problem. The employees treated this individual correctly and respectfully. It's a shame that, as hard as it is to work, they have to endure the disrespectful treatment of certain irrational people.
The fool only seeks to be right, never to understand.
We were there this morning and received wonderful service. The girls in the shop are lovely and always willing to help.
I don't know why some people leave bad reviews.
They do their job, and they do it very well. Sometimes it's the customers who aren't tolerant and demand things they can't do; it's the store's rules.
We need to learn to be more tolerant, and the world would be a much better place.
