One Over the Ait, Kew Bridge

Booked suprise 18th birthday for my son, 2 months planning but 3 weeks finalising. 28plus guests, kids an adults, delivered a brilliant service and value for money. When no one else would let us book a boys 18th or it cost 2000 plus. This place came through for us. 100 reserve price. Which was taken off final bill. Defo 100percent rebook for other needs an recommend Thank you for helping me pull off an 18th he will remember 4ever

As soon as I entered I was met with an unwelcoming environment, regardless I went up stairs and starting playing pool which I paid for. We were then pressured by the manager to buy drinks after not immediately walking up to the bar upon arrival. He came across very rude, passive-aggressive and condescending. Upon reading reviews I have seen other negative reviews about this particular staff member. I have no doubt that he is damaging the business. Just a 2 minute walk along the river and you will find much more affordable and welcoming establishments

Went there the other day, lovely pub. Great service by Tommy!

Great food and good Beers fab staff love the discount for season ticket holders
