Stamford Bridge Hotel London

Good morning! I'm not giving a star rating because I haven't visited the facilities in person. I'm not sure if the person I spoke with was Moisés, but I'm grateful to him because I had planned to travel to London for a few days, but I wasn't feeling well and wanted to thank him for the attention I received despite my very poor English. I hope to visit this beautiful city in the future. Greetings from Seville!

We spent 5 nights here and the overall experience was much more pleasant than I expected. The proximity to Stamford Bridge Stadium and Kensington & Chelsea area is the largest advantage. Their lobby is newly innovated and the room is spacious enough for us and 2 large luggages. The only thing that I could think of for improvement is the size of the double bed and the mattress can be a bit firmer.

Dated and dirty rooms, constant loud noises in the night, you cannot sleep in this hotel. I will never go again

We were visiting my daughter and booked the hotel for 7 nights stayed from 03-10/09/26We were disappointed with the decor of the rooms We had to move rooms as the toilets flushing did not work. The carpet was old. However the hotel staff were fantastic and quick to respond to any requests. A special thanks to Kay at the reception and Neil. Keith.
