INNSiDE by Meliá Liverpool

Booked here, as we were catching the ferry to Isle of Man in the morning. Short and sweet, amazing stay. Due to my bad admin, I had booked the following day. I phoned the hotel and explained my mistake and asked if it was possible to bring my stay forward a day? Not a problem at all, we can do that for you. We arrived late in the evening, having traveled 5 hours. We arrived and was met by Jack (didn’t get his last name) at the desk. Couldn’t be more helpful with our questions. When I booked, I was informed that they had no onsite parking. However there was an NCP behind the hotel and I would get a discounted rate. It was close to midnight, so wife and our dog stayed in the room while I went to park. The gates were shut and no one to be seen. Jack had told me they may be shut, but I would be seen wanting to get in and someone would come down and let me in. They didn’t, I went back to the hotel and was met by Jack. He said I can park outside the hotel, as it’s free until 0700am (I think). And to use an App to pay for the extra couple of hours to park outside, before the ferry. When I get back to the room, the wife had had a visit from Jack. He delivered a dog bed and a feeding stand for our Olly. The room was amazing, well presented, clean, and had great views over the Mersey. Roll top bath, large (and I mean large) bed. PlayStation if you wanted, little kitchen area all very comfy. Breakfast in the morning was, again on another level. Covered all your choices, hot, cold, sweet, dry. It was self service buffet for the hot and I made the most of it. All tasted great. Would we stay there again? 💯 definitely we would Great price, great staff, great location and Jack you are a star. Thank you

Hotel davvero bello elegante e ho mangiato molto bene

A very nice hotel in a central location. Friendly and professional staff, beautiful and modern rooms. Very clean. Soft drinks in the room are included and replenished daily. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice; egg dishes can be ordered separately. Excellent value for money.
