Holiday Inn Express Hull City Centre

Excellent hotel in the city centre. Fantastic check in staff.

We didn’t stay at the hotel, but we enquired about using the facilities for our team of local home workers to get together and meet. There were no issues from start to finish. The staff member I spoke to on the phone was very accommodating and pleasant, as was Alison on reception on the day. I’d also like to mention the lady cleaning the hotel when we arrived just after breakfast. She obviously had a job to do, but was very conscientious of us being there and tried not to make too much noise while carrying out her work. As we live locally, you don’t often get the chance to experience the hotels in your own city. However, this hotel is in a great location, is very clean, and, from my experience, has lovely staff. A really positive experience — thank you!

Had a 1 night stay here and really happy we chose this place.. super easy to find.. really nice reception staff and morning breakfast staff.. rooms are really nice.. sadly the double bed wasn't very comfortable for us .. Breakfast was very nice and very plentiful with a great option of gluten free sausages if ordered the night before.. loads of Breakfast options so was a great start to the long day ahead.. Thank you.. 👏👏..
