Based on a recommendation from my AI assistant, Ari, we chose Moxies—and it exceeded every expectation! From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional. Ivan, our bartender, was outstanding. He immediately made us feel welcome, took the time to get to know us, and recommended several of his favorite menu items, all of which were absolutely delicious. His attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made our experience even more memorable. The atmosphere was just as impressive. The restaurant was spotless, beautifully designed, and had an upscale yet inviting vibe. The staff was polished, friendly, and everyone looked incredibly professional. Ivan also shared that there’s a Moxies in the Dallas area, where we live, and we’re already looking forward to visiting it when we get home. The only aspect of our visit that gave me pause involved another guest who had a cat in a stroller, with the cat’s food bowl placed on one of the bar stools. I spoke with the manager, who was kind, professional, and explained that the animal was likely an emotional support animal and that they were following their policies. While I appreciated the manager taking the time to explain the situation, I personally believe that, for hygiene and comfort reasons, non-service animals—especially in dining areas—are better suited for outdoor patio seating rather than inside the restaurant. Overall, this was an outstanding dining experience, and we will absolutely be back. Thank you, Ivan and the Moxies team, for helping make our anniversary celebration so special!
