in the last weekExcellent pasta! The dishes are delicious. The pasta and the ingredients are superb. For my taste, the chef goes a little overboard with the composition. Two examples: 1. The demi-glass and the green oil don't improve the vitello tonnato. 2. The fried onions on the chitarruccia tend to overpower the pasta's flavor. The open Barbera d'Asti is absolutely wonderful. The service is friendly and helpful. We had a very tasty dinner here.
